LedgerLink

A blockchain settlement layer that reconciles multi-party transactions without a central clearing house.

LedgerLink

LedgerLink targets the case where several organisations need to agree on the same set of transactions and currently do it by exchanging spreadsheets at the end of the month.

Each party writes to a shared permissioned ledger, so reconciliation happens continuously instead of in a monthly scramble, and disputes point at a specific entry rather than a whole statement. Smart contracts encode the settlement rules the parties already agreed on in writing.

It is deliberately not a public chain: membership is permissioned, throughput is predictable, and no transaction data is exposed outside the consortium.
